Artbox London currently has a pop-up gallery on Whitecross Street showing a selection of the works created in the studio by artists with learning disabilities and autistic artists.
The programme of exhibitions continues into October, where you can see an amazing range of work by various artists supported by Artbox.
Open Tuesday – Fridays from 12-6pm and by appointment outside of these hours.
Artbox is also inviting the public to its Private Views.
The current exhibition is Range, on until 13th September. A range of works from the studio, giving the public a snapshot into its artists and the artwork created.

Release: 19/09/24 – 4/10/24
Abstract works based on colour, rhythm, order and communication.
Private view: 19/09/24. 6pm – 8.30pm
Familiar: 10/10/24 – 25/10/24
Figurative works by artists with a singular vision, who explore the familiar and unfamiliar.
Private view: 10/10/24. 6pm – 8.30pm
Distortions: 31/10/24 – To be confirmed
Coinciding with Halloween, Artbox has selected pieces from artists who explore darker themes and fantasy characters.

Artbox London is a registered charity, social enterprise and supported studio in Islington that runs a programme of art workshops, facilitates cultural trips, hosts exhibitions and enfranchises artists with learning disabilities and autistic adults to sell their art. Profits from art sales are shared between Artbox and the artists. Artbox uses its share to help support its workshops.
Artbox offers a multifaceted and critical service for people with learning disabilities and autistic people who face barriers to inclusion in society. Their primary aim is to support them in leading fulfilling lives while also raising awareness and increasing visibility for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
