The London Cycling Festival, from London Cycling Campaign and London’s boroughs, with support from Lime, Voi, and the Zero Emissions Network, returns 20th September with more inclusive and family-friendly cycling events across London.

London Cycling Festival returns to London after a successful first year, bigger and better than before. The first Festival saw 14 boroughs participating with themed events, car-free spaces, entertainment, and 30+ family-friendly cycle rides organised by LCC across London.
This year there will be rides in 24 boroughs organised by LCC and other community cycling groups, and councils will host additional events in 19 – five more than at last year’s festival.

LCC’s marshals and ride leaders are putting on over 30 inclusive, family-friendly rides across 19 of London’s boroughs for anyone and everyone to cycle safely in their area, with many councils providing additional events and activities. The Festival this year features four exciting activity hubs in Westminster, City of London, Tower Hamlets, and Richmond, each featuring rides, music, stalls, games, and more.
In addition, the Tour de Waltham Forest will also be taking place across the day.
In total, the 2026 Festival will feature over 30 family-friendly and inclusive cycle rides across London, all suitable for children and less confident cyclists to join.
