The Handlebards: The Comedy of ErrorsFriday 7 June 7-9pm

Join The Handlebards troupe in Charterhouse Square for a bicycle-powered production of Shakespeare’s comedy like you’ve never seen before! When two sets of estranged twins are brought together on the same island, this classic comedy takes hold, with mistaken identity, music and manic costume changes a-plenty.

Shakespeare in the Square: All’s Well that Ends Well Thursday 13 June 7-9.30pm

Shakespeare in the Squares is a touring theatre company that stages a Shakespeare play for one night only in London garden squares each summer. This year will see a production of one of Shakespeare’s comedies with ‘a fairytale twist and gypsy swing music’ in Charterhouse Square.

Open Garden Evenings at the Charterhouse 

Thursday 20 June, Thursday 11 July, Thursday 22 August – 5.30-8.30pm

Spend a relaxing evening exploring the tranquil courtyard gardens of The Charterhouse, hidden away behind high walls in the heart of Clerkenwell. The Sol Grimshaw Trio will be providing a different line-up for each evening, as well as a pop-up bar and two food vans. Book early to avoid disappointment!
