On 29 November the Marx Memorial Library is teaming up with London Metropolitan Archives and David Rosenberg to deliver a special FREE ‘lates’ session combining an opportunity to explore documents on the fascinating radical history of Clerkenwell, and a short walk highlighting key sites.

This event runs from 5pm to 8pm, starting with document viewing at London Metropolitan Archives.

Then at 6pm David Rosenberg, educator, writer and tour guide of radical London history, will lead a guided walk on “Radical Clerkenwell”. This will focus primarily on 19th century radical movements and individuals and some of the links between them, and will point out buildings, streets and memorial plaques through which we can trace some of that history.

The evening ends at the Marx Memorial Library with more document viewing and a reception.

Limited places: book now to avoid disappointment.
