We have reported on Action Against Food Poverty (AAFP)’s work several times in the Echo, and once again they are looking to raise funds through the sale of Christmas cards.

In their own words: “Action Against Food Poverty (AAFP), is a grassroots initiative that goes beyond offering meals to those in need. With each walk around London, AAFP delivers not just food and supplies, but meaningful conversation and emotional support to anyone struggling, especially the homeless.

What sets AAFP apart from traditional charity models is founder Robert Straw’s emphasis on emotional engagement. He realised that handing out food was just the first step; the real impact came from listening and connecting with people.”

To help fund their Christmas campaign they have designed and produced their own sustainable cards.

They were printed in London with the proceeds going to help give their friends and their dogs a decent Festive period.

Each pack contains 6 cards, 3 of each design costing £12.00 including UK postage.
